The taxiID Driver App delivers dispatched jobs and direct bookings to your smartphone. The Driver App acts as a reliable on-board communication-tool that connects to the planning software used by your dispatchers. This enables multiple Track&Trace features and allows simple dispatching to your vehicles.
When using the Driver App from your car it shows the location of colleagues on the map. Making it very easy to share jobs within a closed group. To dispatch a booking, enter the pick up address and check the map to see which colleagues are nearby. Assign the booking to the driver of your choice or Dispatch Automatically to the nearest driver.

With this convenient online booking Dashboard, your clients can book your taxi's online by simply tapping a button. Set up an account for your Corporate clients, allowing them to run the convenient booking webpage and manage trips without consulting your operator. Embed the taxiID Online Booking form in your website to enable your customers to conveniently book a taxi and allow online payment. The booking involves three simple steps: Customers select pick up address, and optionally destination to calculate the fare, set time and date and enter contact details to complete the booking and receive instant confirmation.
taxiID’s Online Trip Manager allows your operators to immediately dispatch online bookings. When there is no dispatcher on duty, enable automatic dispatching. The Online Trip Manager will automatically assign the booking to a driver. Configure the Online form settings like minimum reservation time, airport service, fixed rates and text message confirmation to match your company’s needs.

Select which rides you want to invoice within a certain period. Adjust invoices to match your wishes in a layout of choice. You decide whether to print the invoice and send it by mail or create a digital invoice and send by e-mail. It is possible to let your customers pay the digital invoices via PayPal. The system also gives you insight in the paymentstatus and age of the invoices and allows you to set reminders.
Extensive invoicing features become available when you create an account for a regular client. Also a personal Online Dashboard for direct booking is created automatically for each client.
The confirmation message offers passengers the possibility to file a complaint regarding the trip. All ride details and customer details are available. This leaves you well-informed and allows professional complaint handling.
